Who to Call for Repairs
Please DO NOT call 911, the fire department or someone you pick from the phone book for repairs.
We’ve done business with folks in your community for many years and know who is right for each job. If you are a LowtherBrothers tenant and need something in or around your store repaired, call 651-345-4442 first. We will dispatch an authorized local vendor to fix the problem.
Who is Responsible for Repairs?
It depends on your lease. Generally, repairs to the exterior of the building are landlord responsibilities. Repairs to the interior of tenant premises are tenant responsibilities. Check your lease for details.
