Lowther Brothers LLC is a Minnesota based real estate development company. The gents in the photo above started the business in 1994 by chipping in on a 10-plex apartment building in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We renovated that building inside and out, moved on to another investment property, then another.

Today we own the properties shown on this site which are now all commercial enterprises: shopping malls and an office building in small to medium sized communities. We have tenants ranging from local establishments to national retailers.
